15. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any related issues will be settled in accordance with the Bulgarian law, without taking into account the rules of conflict of laws. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions that gives rise to a claim for compensation by a third party will be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction of a Bulgarian court and you agree, without the possibility of a change, with the jurisdiction of that court.
