eSense-Lab Ltd, an Israeli-headqutered, ASX-listed company, has agreed to create a joint venture with Australian wine maker Wise Wines that will produce ethanol-based sanitisers infused with eSense’s terpenes.
eSense noted in a stock exchange statement earlier in June that Wise has begun producing surface and hand sanitisers with ethanol distilled from its wine, responding to the short supply of such products in Australia. Thanks to the JV, Wise will expand its offering with ethanol sanitisers that contain eSense’s terpenes, which have been selected for their anti-viral properties.
The JV will place an initial USD-600,000 order for 2 million units of terpenes that will be infused in hand sanitisers. Wise will manufacture the terpenes sanitiser products and supply them to the 50/50 JV.
