When did you start working for Essentica? What do you do at the company? What does your job at Essentica give you?
I've been working for the company for 15 years and I have changed job positions three times. I am responsible for quality management in Essentica. My job is very rewarding because I do what I really like and I have the opportunity to develop my potential and use my abilities. I acquire new knowledge and skills all the time.
What are your personal contribution and your department's contribution to Essentica?
My personal contribution and the contribution of the Quality Management Department to Essentica:
- enhancement of the processes within the organization.
- increasing employees' competences.
- receiving national and international recognition (ISO 9001 certificate).
- building the image of the plant and making it more attractive to clients.
- increasing customer satisfaction.
What do you most like doing in your free time?
I like spending my free time with my family and I am also a member of an amateur Bulgarian folk dance club.
